Every apparel item is printed just for you when you order. That means less waste and more designs, but it takes a little longer than grabbing something off a shelf.
- Production: 2–5 business days for printed apparel
- Delivery (US): usually 3–7 business days after it ships
- Gear & essentials: ship from our supplier partners and usually arrive in 7–14 business days
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Yes, we see the irony of making a delivery driver wait on a package. We're working on it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because printed items are made to order, we can't accept returns for wrong size or change of mind, so please check the size chart on each product before ordering.
We'll replace or refund it if your item:
- arrives damaged or defective
- has a printing error
- is the wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll make it right.
